Thank you for mentioning how you need to call an exterminator when your own efforts aren't working. No matter what product we use, the bugs that are giving us problems simply refuse to go away, making me think they're a different kind of bug from what we think. I'll hire pest control expert for sure so they can use their expertise to help us.
